The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, in partnership with The Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) and all parishes in the region, invites parishioners to take the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey - a series of questions wherein participants reflect on aspects of their faith journey, parish life and discipleship. The results enable parish leadership to make data-driven decisions to help parishioners grow in their faith and relationship with Christ.
The DMI survey is a series of thought-provoking questions that supports Church ministry with objective data, helping Church leaders recognize their potential and envision future possibilities through a deep analysis of attitudes and beliefs, participation, relationship/satisfaction, spiritual growth, parish experience, the effectiveness of the Mass and other aspects of parish life.
All responses are anonymous. CLI quantifies the results and provides feedback to parishes in the form of data and percentages, not individual responses.
